Why volunteer with us?
People volunteer at Kent Neuro Therapy Centre for many reasons, from giving something back after experiencing the impact of our therapies to connecting with their local community, meeting new people, building confidence or trying something new.
What unites our volunteers is a shared commitment to working together in one Centre, supporting one community.
Your time is valued, your contribution is visible, and you’ll see the difference you make first-hand.
“Volunteering at the Kent MS Therapy Centre is the best thing that’s happened to me since retiring – it keeps me in touch with people and it’s great to be part of a team and to know that I’m making a positive difference to people’s lives”
John, Volunteer

Our charity shop is a vital source of income for the Centre. As a Volunteer Shop Assistant, you’ll be part of a friendly team supporting day-to-day shop activity. This role is ideal if you enjoy customer service, organising and displaying stock, and working with others for a good cause.
Donation station volunteer
Our Donation Station plays a key role in keeping the charity shop running. Volunteers help receive, sort and prepare donated items for sale.
Events volunteer
We run events throughout the year, including bucket collections, our summer fayre and Christmas market. Events volunteering is varied and rewarding, helping you build confidence, communication and organisational skills.

Do you enjoy being outdoors? We’re looking for volunteers to help maintain our gardens, from planting and watering to pruning and general upkeep.
Oxygen volunteer
Oxygen Therapy Volunteers support the Oxygen Therapy Operator with operating the chamber, assisting members with making appointments, and taking payments.
