Room & pool hire
Hire a space at our lovely building.
Our building is fully accessible with lift access to the first floor. We have multiple accessible toilets. We offer a range of different rooms available to hire to suit workshops, networking events, training days and more. We are located on the outskirts of Canterbury with our own parking and outdoor space.
Prices are charged on an hourly basis with negotiable terms.
Meeting room
Our Meeting Room is located upstairs and can seat 12 people around the conference style table. There is access to a kitchenette and toilets on the same floor, with a lift if needed.
Cost:
£20 per hour/£50 half day/£80 full day
Gym

Cost: £15-£30 an hour depending on group size.
Treatment rooms
Capacity 2-3 people meeting or one-to-one therapy.
Cost: £15 per hour.
Studio space
Capacity: 10
Cost: £15- £30 an hour depending on group size.
Hydrotherapy pool
Our hydrotherapy pool is available for qualified physios/swim teachers.
Kiefer Board – maximum weight of 140kg or 22 stone. This matches the maximum weight of the mermaid dipper.
First aid grab bag (contains First Aid Kit and emergency blankets)
Eye wash station for any chemical incidents
Emergency alarm, this should be tested every day before sessions begin and kept within reach of the therapist running the session
Cost: £55 per hour.
Availability: weekday evenings.
Social area
Our social area is open plan and suitable for 50 people seated, or around 100 when tables are removed. Accessible toilets and a small kitchen is available.
NB: when booking, please let us know if you need tables and chairs and how many for.
Cost: £40 per hour.

Cancellation policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking:
Pool: with less than 24 hours’ notice we will charge a £55 cancellation fee per hour booked.
Pool: with 24 hours’ or more notice we will charge a £25 cancellation fee per hour booked.
Meeting/therapy rooms: with less than 24 hours’ notice we will charge a £10 cancellation fee per hour booked.
If we cancel the hire for any reason we will return all deposits or monies in full.
