Therapies run to very strict times for the benefit of all members.

We do ask that you arrive in good time for your therapies and be aware of the timings between therapies if you have booked multiple therapies on a day.

If you are running more than 5 minutes late for oxygen therapy your session will start without you.

Other sessions may still admit you if you are running late but your session will be shorter.

Therapists reserve the right to refuse entry if a member arrives too late for their session and late entry will cause disruption to those already in session.

While there is no limit to how many days you can come to the Centre, we do have weekly limits on how many sessions a member can have of the same therapy in order to ensure all members have fair access to our services.

We can only permit 5 sessions of oxygen per week.

You can only book 1 session of aquatic physiotherapy and/or 1:1 physiotherapy a week.

Massage/reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage or 1 to 1 sound healing sessions are limited to 1 per week for a single therapy option.

For massage/reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage and 1 to 1 sound healing sessions please bring your own towel.

Suitable swimwear and a towel are needed for all water-based therapies.

Other therapies suggest wearing comfortable clothing.

For full physiotherapy assessments you may wish to bring your most up to date doctors or consultant’s notes or any other paperwork which you feel might benefit the assessment.

You can take your phone into the chamber while having oxygen therapy. Devices are taken in at your own risk. We ask you to wear headphones if you wish to listen to audio while in the chamber. Please talk to the oxygen operator for a full list of prohibited items.

If you are looking for last minute on the day availability for therapies or later in the week, please call Reception to enquire. We also display on the day availability at Reception and send out weekly last-minute availability emails to members who request this communication.

Our Neuro membership is for members with MS, Parkinsons, SCI or those who have had a stroke. Our Associate membership covers members with other health conditions. Please note that we only offer aquatic physiotherapy, physiotherapy and gym sessions to our Neuro members. Associate members will need to enquire before joining what therapies they are able to access.

People do not need a membership if they are only wishing to access oxygen therapy. Please enquire at Reception if you wish to later join as a member. View our therapy charges to see what your membership covers.

Our current therapy timetable and oxygen schedule.

Please note that our timetables are subject to change periodically, so please contact Reception for more information.

Unfortunately, we can only support people over the age of 18. We may consider on a case-by-case basis 17-year-old access to oxygen therapy, but acceptance is at Kent Neuro Therapy Centre’s discretion. For under 18s oxygen therapy please look at Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy – Advance Centres for children and young person’s oxygen services.

Only registered guide dogs, hearing dogs, assistance and therapy dogs are welcome to the Centre. We do request that all dog owners clean up after their dogs and ensure they are on suitable leads during their time at the Centre.

We currently do not have any electric charging points at the Centre. Please ensure your EV is fully charged before coming to the Centre.

The Centre has a small self-service kitchen for tea/coffee and light refreshments. The Centre operates on donations for light refreshments and does not offer hot food or sandwiches. We have a small fridge for members to leave lunches in and there is a microwave and toaster for general use.
