SUMMARY:Sponsored pool challenge for members
DESCRIPTION:Sponsored pool challenge – 9am to 1pm\n\nJoin our sponsored pool challenge and set yourself a distance to walk or swim. This inclusive event is open to all abilities\, giving every member the opportunity to take part in a way that feels right for them.\n\nThe pool will be open from 9am to 1pm\, with two therapists supporting throughout the morning. There will be no more than three members in the water at any one time\, ensuring a safe environment. Each participant will have a 30-minute slot\, and Danni will be in the pool offering guidance and encouragement.\n\nYou can choose your own distance to challenge yourself. If you are unsure what feels appropriate or achievable\, please speak with your physio in advance to agree a goal that is both safe and motivating.\n\nThis is a free member challenge. We kindly ask each participant to aim to raise a minimum of £35 to help cover the cost of their session. A fundraising page has already been set up\, making it simple to share your challenge and gather sponsorship from friends and family.\n\nEvery pound raised helps us continue delivering specialist therapies and expert support for people living with neurological and long-term conditions.\n\nSpaces are limited.
