Walk\, swim\, cycle\, dance\, play sport\, complete your exercise programme or set your own personal goal. \nEvery move made and every pound raised will help people living with MS\, Parkinson’s and stroke access expert therapies and support at Kent Neuro Therapy Centre. \nThe challenge is open to everyone\, including members\, family and friends\, staff\, community groups and local supporters.
